  • Regular Seller deadline: February 23rd  at 6pm
  • Restocker deadline: March 9th at 8am
  • Consignor Shop Day: March 5th 10am-6pm
  • Pick-up Day: Sunday, March 22nd

So, you want to be a consignor?

Here’s how it works…

  • Register with our system. Consignors (even returning ones) MUST register with the system to receive a consignor number. We need to know that you are participating as well as verify your address and consignor information. We will be limiting the number of consignors allowed for each sale, so we recommend that you register as soon as possible.  If you are a FIRST TIME seller, you will be allowed to consign 100 items to start.  Once you get a sale under your belt, you will be allowed to sell more!

  • In the fall, the first 250 sellers to register will be our “regular” consignors (spring 275). The next 150 (spring 175) consignors who register will be our “restock” consignors. Restockers will bring in their inventory following our volunteer and consignor pre-sales and our Charity Event.

  • You may consign a MAXIMUM of 200 clothing items per sale, 400 items total. The number of clothing items for sizes 12 months and below will be limited to 50 items per gender. We are limiting books to 35 tags per seller. Visit our Acceptance Policy page for more information about accepted items.

  • You set the price! You decide how much your items sell for and if you want your items to discount!

  • You receive 60% of the selling price!  Those who volunteer for a minimum of 4 hours will receive 65%, 8 hours will receive 70%, and consignors who volunteer 16 hours or more will receive 75% of their total sales. Each consignor will be charged $12.00 as a participation fee to help cover advertising costs.

  • HWGA provides the easiest registration and tagging system around. Track your inventory, seeing what has sold, and for how much! Barcodes are printed right on your tags, no stickers to stick, just print 8 tags per sheet! See Merchandise Preparation for details.

  • HWGA reserves the right to deny any items.
  • HWGA inspects all items brought into the sale, assuring only the best quality!

  • Consignors who consign at least 25 items are eligible to shop on our Consignor/Super Shopper Pre-Sale from 10am-6pm on Thursday, March 5th!

  • Your unsold items that you don’t wish to donate will be available for pickup after the sale. We will notify you when and where to pick up.
  • Checks will be sent to you DIGITALLY!! You will need to make sure your email is correct in the system before the end of the sale.

You MUST register on-line to participate. Once you have registered with our online registration system and have received your consignor’s number, you will need to FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ALL THE PAGES IN THE CONSIGNORS SECTION OF THIS WEBSITE .

ALL CONSIGNORS (REGULAR AND RESTOCK) MUST HAVE AT LEAST 25 ITEMS ENTERED INTO THE SYSTEM BY 6pm on SUNDAY, February 8th.

NOTES: It may be necessary to limit the number of consignors. Therefore it is recommended that you register as soon as possible.
